I just started model making, and designing the lights for my models, and it was really refreshing to be able to find what I was looking for in just a few minutes with some confidence. The part descriptions are helpful for beginners and cover all you need to help design your circuit correctly and buy the right equipment. I was unsure how bright the LEDs would be, but it was really easy to sort through their selection with filters that were actually useful and find two different resistor levels for a brighter and dimmer option with my battery combo. I would definitely recommend Dioramo to other friends and new comers to the hobby.

I am in the process of resurrecting my stereo system from 1969. The radio channel light was burned out and I needed to replace the incandescent bulb. I wanted to convert it to led for a longer life but was having trouble finding the parts I needed in a quantity and price that wasn't stupid. I was not able to source the parts locally so got on line and found Dioramo who offered the parts I needed in a quantity and price that was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for their specialty parts.

I plan to use the LEDs and holders on an existing panel used as a short indacator for a NCE EB1 breaker.They are identical to the LEDs that are already there, except the existing ones are green, but as a short indacator, thease are red.

I used 16 flickering LEDs with two hubs to successfully and effectively create a warehouse burning effect for my O-Gauge layout. The LEDs, hubs and power supply were all plug and play making it a simple implementation. It is now the highlight of my small railroad empire. Shipping from Dioramo was responsive and fast.

The lighting system where each of the lightening system components simply plug together is ideal; no soldering is ideal. I am working on my first train layout so lightening building is something i has never done. But these components made it.
