Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 0-3 days to process your order. Orders are usually processed on the same day.

Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMEFRAME:

Dioramo.com ships your order with the shipping carrier and speed option you select during checkout.

Multiple unfulfilled orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment if the "Free Shipping" option was selected at checkout.

Orders received by 2 pm EST Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. 

We process orders on weekends and public holidays; however, shipping carriers may only dispatch these orders after this time.

USPS shipments may take a day or two to appear on the USPS tracking platform after shipping.

FREE SHIPPING FOR UNITED STATES DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $49: 

Dioramo offers a Free Shipping option on orders totaling $49 or more, with shipments to the lower 48 contiguous United States. The order total amount can be seen during Checkout and includes all applicable product, order, and promotional discounts subtracted from the subtotal before shipping and taxes are added.

Free Shipping orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage with a delivery standard of 2-10 days. A FedEx and UPS Ground Upgrade option is available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We offer shipping to 188 international countries. Taxes and duties imposed by those countries will be automatically determined based on the delivery address and included during checkout.
